As a **Procurement Leader you will supervise the regional procurement team for specific commodities and suppliers **. You will be responsible of managing, coaching and mentoring individuals to ensure that all performance metrics are being met within required time frames under conformity to the applicable internal controls and compliance requirements.

**In your role you will**:
Improve Region competitiveness through cost reductions in liaison with Commodity Organization:

- Define and executes first level of actions of gap closure plan (capacity & productivity)
- Support Commodity organization to reach the Region negotiation objectives
- Support Commodity in supplier performance review and action plan tracking
- Pilot supplier relationship role as KSC (Key Supplier Contact), when assigned by Commodity (delegation)
- Support Regional Procurement Director for SBM reviews preparation on their commodity
- Monitor execution of productivity actions for his team in line with Global Commodity strategies & Annual Operating Plan/Strategic Plan objectives
- Handle logistics / capacity / quality issues in the region as the first sourcing interface of plant supply chain & Quality (according to escalation process).
- Act as Key Supplier Contact on selected suppliers: pilot supplier relationship, conducts yearly negotiations (with suppliers he has delegation on)
- Ensure strict follow-up and compliance of supplier operational data (pricing, charge back, litigation)

**Your Profile**
- Previous experience in procurement, finance or business
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft programs
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Team management experience
