Purpose of the Job:
Responsibility for Corporate Procurement Finance:
Main Task & Responsibilities:

- Cost Controlling on Procurement Cost Centers,
- Introduce and manage global reporting on the total global costs and FTEs Procurement
- Introduce new standards and requirements for the business to standardize processes and enhance reporting's
- Lead Improvements of operational processes to drive efficiency
- Drive transparency in PPV, purchasing materials and other areas related to Procurement
- Active key role in the improvements on Payment Terms
- Supports Indirect Procurement team on tracking the key indirect savings initiatives
- Leading the process for Budget and Estimates for the department and providing results to key stakeholders (S.D Finance Operations, Corporate Controlling and Procurement Management (Staefa, Switzerland)
- Active key role in the P2P process to support in the process efficacy
- Coordinate ICS on the Procurement area for HQ entities

**Communication**:

- Regular reporting to the Senior Director Finance Operations and the Corporate Procurement team
- Regular communication loops with Finance team
- Interdepartmental communication to Operations process stakeholders
- Active communication with other controllers and accountants

Experiência y requisitos

Work Experience:
10 year in Controlling.

Very good SAP experience

(FI/CO, MM/PP)

Personal Competencies:
Reliability, self-dependency, ability to communicate

Social Competencies:
Team player, open minded

Leadership Competencies:
Ability to lead people remotely

Professional Competencies:
SAP skills (FI/CO, MM/PP)

Language(s) / Level:
English (very good)

IT skills

Good knowledge with Excel, MS Office
