Overview:
STATEMENT:
The Global Business Services (GBS) Jr. Analyst, Accounts Payable main functions record and process Invoices in accordance with Company’s Policies and Local Requirements; Support on information requested by Internal and External Auditors. Support on information requested by the team.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and record Invoices in accordance with Company’s Policies
- Review the authorization to the service/products in accordance with the Corporate/Local Matrix.
- Support on requested information with internal and external auditors and SOX requirements.
- Follow up on Service Partnership agreements.
Job Qualifications:
**Skills**:
- Desired ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Excel and Word)
- Communication skills
- Flexibility to function under varied timeframes and adapt as the external environment and organization evolve
- The ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a very fast-paced environment
Languages:
- Desire medium level of English
**Experience**:
- Desire experience in Accounts Payable.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience on Internal Controls, and Segregation of Duties.
- Strong orientation to client Service and meeting deadlines and results.
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Experience working in an ERP environment (Oracle)
