Overview:**Jr. Analyst, Accounts Payable - Staff II**Recruiter: Manuel GarciaThis position reports to: Maria Gabriela Salas, Manager I, Accounts PayableSTATEMENT:The Global Business Services (GBS) Jr. Analyst, Accounts Payable main functions record and process Invoices in accordance with Company’s Policies and Local Requirements; Support on information requested by Internal and External Auditors. Support on information requested by the team.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:- Receive and record Invoices in accordance with Company’s Policies- Review the authorization to the service/products in accordance with the Corporate/Local Matrix.- Support on requested information with internal and external auditors and SOX requirements.- Follow up on Service Partnership agreements.Job Qualifications:**Skills**:- Desired ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (including Excel and Word)- Communication skills- Flexibility to function under varied timeframes and adapt as the external environment and organization evolve- The ability to work under deadline pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a very fast-paced environmentLanguages:- Desire medium level of English**Experience**:- Desire experience in Accounts Payable.**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related work experience.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Experience on Internal Controls, and Segregation of Duties.- Strong orientation to client Service and meeting deadlines and results.- Ability to interact effectively at all levels.- Experience working in an ERP environment (Oracle)
