Coordinates events and activities to promote the employee experience and enables flawless and efficient end-to-end HR processes. **What will your job look like?**: - Act as a "sensor" to the Field HR and proactively "raises flags" when necessary. - Handle ongoing activities in his/her domain within a specific unit, including budget allocation and prioritization when needed. This requires staying up-to-date on the legal and/or professional issues in order to improve and update the relevant activities. - Provide solutions (which may be customized in accordance with HR guidelines and/or business targets) and implements HR policies/processes/activities in a vibrant environment. - You will craft, generate and present a variety of reports that support organizational processes and facilitate ongoing improvement.
