**Job ID**: **Required Travel** :Minimal**Managerial - No****Location**:MEXICO- GUADALAJARA (Amdocs Site)****Who are we?**:**In one sentence**:The HR Employee Services Team Lead provides professional guidance, mentorship and motivation to the team members, to deliver the highest standard of service to the employees.**What will your job look like?**:You will:- Provide professional support, guidance and development to team members, in order to ensure the highest standard of service- Ensure execution of the team's work plans, set and monitor service level KPIs- Lead regional compliance initiatives- Lead regional projects to improve HR processes and ensure the best experience to the users- Maintain regional guidelines by preparing and updating human resources policies and procedures and ensure they are effectively implemented by the team- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency- Participate in global HR forums and implement HR initiatives and programs- Build relationships across broader teams/functions to foster collaboration and effectively resolve issues- Contribute to defining individual team goals- Connect and engage the team's activities to overall HR views- Ensure prompt and professional response by the team, proactively sharing relevant information and keeping various contact channels open- Lead the team to excellent functioning and operation at its domain of expertise and initiate improvements as necessary- Stay up-to-date on the legal, technological and professional issues impacting the activities to ensure high standards of execution- May be asked to perform other duties as needed**All you need is...**:- A Bachelor’s degree holder- Advanced english- Credible experience in customer facing roles- Proven experience of working with managers and external partners- Previous experience as a Team Lead in a similar field- Good MS office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Familiarity with Amdocs and Amdocs' systems is an advantage**Why you will love this job**:- Get the chance to become a specialist in multi-tasking- Become a Mentor to a high-spirited team of HR professionals- We offer a wide range of stellar benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as paid time off, sick time, and parental leave**Amdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
