That’s why we’re looking for a detail-oriented **QAT Specialist** to join our team and be an essential part of how people experience our products. Your focus on consistency and quality will shine through in your work and strengthen our relationships with customers.

The QAT Specialist will perform a variety of tasks related to quality assurance, audits, document drafting, troubleshooting, research, and analysis. The QAT Specialist is also a part of the global Quality Assurance, Training, and Documentation (QATD) project team.

**Your Daily tasks will include**:

- Performing research, analysis, and drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other production-related documents as directed by the QAT Coordinator.
- Assisting with the production department training program implementation, day-to-day process, and audits.
- Performing SOP adherence audits, and document results.
- Assisting during the implementation of new products, ensure that product specifications and requirements are followed to meet set quality standards.
- Assisting with analysis, implementation, and maintenance of new and ongoing quality programs.
- Identifying, evaluating, implementing, and documenting corrective action when necessary with regard to product quality and process improvements to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Analyzing branch level refund, reshipment, and damage rate data across all departments, proposing and implementing process changes to meet set goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Preparing progress and updating reports as required.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 1 - 2 years of experience in quality assurance, document control and / or training in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with creating, developing and implementing SOPs in relation to a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with professional project management software.
- Technical savvy, with the ability to use various tools such as GSuite, Microsoft Office, etc.
