**We’re Hiring Quality Manager | Opportunity in Mexico with Work Visa Process Support**

Are you looking for a challenging role with international projection? Join our team as a **Quality Manager** and be part of a leading company in the metallurgical sector.

**Purpose of the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define strategies to meet department objectives and improve product performance across 9 company locations.
- Develop and monitor quality indicators aligned with company policies, collaborating with quality teams, plant managers, sales, and customers.
- Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Design, analyze, and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
- Plan and execute internal audits (ISO 9001:2015, AASHTO) and ensure company certifications must be maintained.
- Drive continuous improvement in production processes and minimize quality risks.
- Develop training plans for operational teams and other departments to align with established quality procedures.

**Requirements**:
*Availability to move accross the country
*Relocation Availability
*American VISA

**Education & Experience**:

- Engineering Bachelor's Degree
- English B2+ (upper/ intermmediate)
- At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager or similar leadership roles.
- 10+ years in the metallurgical or metalworking industry.

**Specific Knowledge**:

- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor.
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor.
- Lean Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing (Black Belt).
