**Job Summary**:
Expand your career in a Global company as Tetra Pak’s as Marketing Specialist you play an important role in the Tetra Pak marketing team by supporting them in preparing key market and category information and building solid fact base presentations for both customers and key stakeholders. In this dynamic position, you will have the chance to engage with the marketing team in various ways along with significant exposure, supporting the growth and innovation pipelines of local and global accounts across México including food and beverage, packaging, and retail industry.
The position is based in Polanco, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, and will report to the Marketing Manager.
You will be travelling up to 25% locally and sometimes internationally.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.

**What you will do**:
As Marketing Specialist, you will:

- Have direct customer interaction as you will support and lead some customer marketing initiatives aligned with the growth strategy.
- Being a trusted marketing advisor (consultant) for our customers, provide them valuable proposals and best solutions that will contribute their marketing strategies.
- Contribute to the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain in identified priority categories.
- Work with our specialists across many areas of marketing, including Marketing Services, Portfolio, Business Insights & Analytics.
- Create relationships and further your knowledge of marketing and sales.
- Collaborate with our marketing team and support cross-functional teams and customers with market intelligence, category, and customer analysis.
- Work with and manage multiple stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Portfolio, Innovation and Business Insights and Analytics teams.
- Deliver Innovation services for limited customers drawing materials according to Tetra Pak methodologies.
- Provide input to new product requirements based on value chain needs in key categories.
- Provide input to future intelligence requirements for market and liaise with cluster business intelligence participating in research projects as needed. Use of research data with customers.
- Manage Promotional Investment and programs for assigned customers

**We believe you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related
- Great communication skills, fluent English is a must (written and spoken)
- Experience manage and consult databases from external agencies, for example, Nielsen, Kantar, etc.
- 3-5 years of experience working in a corporate environment, and demonstrate knowledge of Mexican consumers, trends and brands for marketing initiatives (experience in food and beverages categories is a plus)
- Strong competence with PowerPoint and Excel
- Nice to have knowledge with Power BI software
- A data-oriented mind set with the ability to develop insights and tell a story
- Great customer service skills and a go-getter attitude
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills
- Diligence and the ability to build trust quickly with strong integrity
- Curiosity and ability to identify market opportunities as well as develop value propositions for these opportunities
- A drive for results and thorough follow-up
