Our internship will provide you with the opportunity to become familiar with a Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E). You'll participate in technically focused training, team meetings and work on projects and present your results. During your internship you will be supported by a buddy and your manager who will ensure that you have a valuable learning experience.

As an Intern, you will be:

- Receiving coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset
- Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
- Learning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
- Pursuing your development through different best practices and projects inside the organization
- Able the learn and develop your soft skills in a professional environment, preparing you for the market or for our Entry Level positions after your internship

**Role Summary/Purpose**

The Sourcing Intern will support and assistance to work group to meet assigned objectives. In the role you will negotiated with vendors, resolve issue and implement new process.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Support Sourcing/Procurement Team.
- Responsible of the HICX transactions.
- Support the negotiations with vendors.

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Undergraduate (Bachelor's degree) 5th to 7th Semester of any Engineering, Administrative or bachelor degree.
- Fluid English.
- Initiative/ Proactivity.
- Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker: Proven problem solving skills.
- Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
- Effective communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.

**Desired Characteristics**
- Ability to interact cross-functionally.
- Digital mindset with strong ability to learn and navigate systems.
- Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and tasks.
- Microsoft suite proficiency (Excel Priority).
- SAP/ARIBA/HICX will be a plus
