**Description**
IT Support Services
OnSight PROS, a growing vendor to the Property Management Community, is looking for a hard-working talented individual to provide our company with basic to mid-level end-user support. This position requires the ability to diagnose, identify, research, and troubleshoot various issues pertaining to software, hardware, and networking.
This position is fully remote and requires availability between 9 am to 5 pm eastern time Monday through Friday. This position will occasionally have on-call requirements on Saturdays between 8 am and 5 pm eastern time.
Experience and Technical Requirements:
- CompTIA A+ or 2 years of IT HelpDesk experience
- Preferable CompTIA Network+ or equivalent work experience
- Comfortable in both Windows and Mac operating environments
- Comfortable in both iOS and Android Operating Systems
- Comfortable with Remote Management of devices
- Problem-solving skills
- Documentation skills
- Start AND Finish skills
- Exceptional English language skills and communication ability
Who we are looking for:

- Willing to ask questions and speak up in meetings
- Solution-focused: - if bringing up a problem, exhibit previous consideration of the issue, including (1) actions already taken to resolve but unsuccessful and (2) potential actions that could be taken.
Pay: From $6,400.00 per week
