**What you will be doing**:
As a** Rebates Analyst** you are responsible for leading the Rebates calculation and payments process within the Pricing & Contracts team. The analyst administers all aspects of the rebate program and provides related metrics and data analysis and assures the timely and error-free payment of rebate commitments to customers.

**Some of your responsibilities are**:

- Process required reports to calculate customer rebates, ensuring an error-free result.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure an accurate accrual for rebates.
- Lead rebates-related communications with Steelcase salespeople, dealers, and clients.
- You will process all payments to customers for rebate programs.
- Maintains vendor rebate master spreadsheet.
- Development of rebate volume reports for the sales field and other internal teams
- Providing assistance to promote improvements and automation within Rebate systems
- Other duties as assigned.

**Who you are**:

- You got strong computer skills - particularly with MS-Excel.
- You have strong interpersonal skills.
- Shown ability to prioritize and manage rebate processing with limited supervision, to meet deadlines, and exercise good judgments in a fast-paced environment
- You are able to work in a team.
- You can work in a dynamic environment and high demand environment
- Do you have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills?
- Strong attention to detail
- You have phenomenal customer service skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Excel
- English as a second language is a must
