**About the Role**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Sales General Support** professional to assist our sales team with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys supporting multiple functions that drive client satisfaction and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Track client orders, deliveries, and status updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with preparation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests and issues promptly
- Support invoicing, expense reporting, and other sales-related documentation
- Help organize schedules, meetings, and follow-ups for the sales team
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency in sales operations

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales support, account coordination, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
