**About the role**

As an _Accounting Operations Specialist_, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial accuracy and operational excellence. This position blends hands-on accounting execution with strategic oversight—ensuring compliance, enhancing internal controls, and supporting capital investment processes. Your impact will be felt across financial operations, audits, and reporting activities that matter to our teams and stakeholders alike.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Accounting Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

- Executing and analyzing key accounting operations, including intercompany cash, government reporting, financial statements, and balance sheet integrity
- Supporting CAPEX process tracking and project accounting accuracy
- Preparing and reviewing reconciliations and general ledger activities
- Contributing to internal and external audit readiness and process compliance
- Developing and documenting accounting policies, controls, and procedures
- Leading and contributing to small-scale finance projects

**Requirements**:

As a minimum, you must have:

- A University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of financial operations, reporting regulations, and project-based accounting
- Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls
- Strong analytical and organizational skills

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

- Experience with CAPEX processes and government accounting
- Familiarity with Carrier systems and programs
- Exposure to hybrid or multinational corporate environments
