- This_ role will be in charge to defining and executing the audit plan within the IT Audit function in accordance with professional best practices. The role will also assist the Director of ARMS with other audit related tasks such as resource management, audit project management, budget management and stakeholder management, etc. This person will stay closely aligned with Flex IT team, Flex Cyber Security and Compliance team to understand changes in the business and IT environments and update our audit approaches accordingly. The role is primarily an individual contributor role, however, may have team leader responsibilities on a project-by-project basis, and manage other full-time employees or contract resources.

What a typical day looks like:

- Execute audit plans by guiding the team as required, and delivering high quality audit work in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the Internal Audit charter, IIA standards and professional best practices
- Understand our audit methodology and documentation requirements and ensure they are followed appropriately
- Support the team on IT Audit planning and scheduling, resource management tasks
- Work closely with the IT and Finance Compliance teams for IT SOX audits (i.e., scoping, planning, execution and reporting)
- Work with IT stakeholders to drive creation of management action plans and remediation of audit observations
- Collaborate with and manage the expectations of our external auditors and support them as required
- Develop strong working relationships with IT management, IT Security team and maintain effective communication and alignment with them
- Maintain knowledge leadership in the areas of IT, Cyber security, IT auditing etc.
- Support department transformation programs such as risk based auditing approaches, streamlining processes and documentation, incorporating data analytics in our audits, continuous auditing, risk indicators & performance metrics and department budgeting processes.
- Support professional development of the IT Audit team, including benchmarking, training, certification, and engagement in IIA/ ISACA forums.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

- Bachelor’s degree related
- Strong IT audit experience - hands on experience in IT General Controls testing, IT Application controls testing highly recommended. Specific experience in software development, data migration, business process testing, etc. is desired.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in auditing, such as: creating and reviewing audit risk assessments, fieldwork documentation, formal audit reports creation, and creation of presentations for senior management in English, highly preferred. Any experience testing cybersecurity risks, controls, processes, and operations, best practices, and emerging trends is also highly desirable.
- Essential Soft skills: Quick learner, self-starter, experience in completing the assigned work independently or with mínimal inputs and directions, ability to adapt to quick changes in the environment
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- People management skills.
- Project management skills
- Preferably Data analytics skills.
