Manager - Information Technology
El Manager de TI es responsable de liderar y dirigir todas las actividades de tecnología de la información de la empresa. Está a cargo de planificar, organizar, coordinar y controlar la implementación de sistemas, procesos y estrategias de TI para lograr los objetivos de negocio.

**Responsabilidades**:
**Liderazgo**: Liderar y supervisar un equipo de profesionales de TI para asegurar la eficiencia y efectividad de las operaciones de TI.

**Planificación estratégica**: Desarrollar y implementar una estrategia de TI a largo plazo que apoye los objetivos de negocio.

**Proyectos de TI**: Dirigir y supervisar proyectos de TI para asegurar su entrega a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto.

**Infraestructura**: Supervisar la infraestructura de TI, incluyendo redes, servidores, sistemas de almacenamiento y sistemas de seguridad.

**Gestión de presupuesto**: Preparar y gestionar el presupuesto de TI, asegurándose de que se utilice de manera eficiente.

**Comunicación**: Establecer y mantener buenas relaciones con otros departamentos y proveedores externos para asegurar una colaboración efectiva.

**Seguridad de la información**: Implementar y supervisar medidas de seguridad de la información para proteger los datos y activos de la empresa.

**Cumplimiento**: Asegurarse de que las operaciones de TI cumplan con los estándares y regulaciones aplicables.

Estrategia de ciberseguridad

**Requisitos**:
Titulación universitaria en informática o un campo relacionado.
+10 años de experiência previa en un cargo de liderazgo en TI.
Conocimiento profundo de las tecnologías de la información, incluyendo redes, sistemas operativos y bases de datos.
Conocimiento de los procesos de negocio y las mejores prácticas de TI.
Habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo excepcionales.
Capacidad para tomar decisiones estratégicas y resolver problemas complejos.
Conocimiento de los estándares y regulaciones de TI.
Manejo de plataformas Microsoft 360, Sistemas de ciberseguridad, de control y monitoreo remoto. Configuración de equipos de telecomunicaciones, configuración de sistemas y manejo de plataformas en la nube.
