**Qualifications**:
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Sourcer (and/or Recruiting Coordinator) on a variety of roles, ideally in the technology space.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of sourcing techniques (i.e. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
- Understanding of how to seamlessly schedule critical and time-sensitive meetings, while making sure everyone is prepared and has a premium interviewing experience.
- Ability to positively represent our brand and yourself to the community
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and/or Linkedin Talent Hub
**Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Use our Applicant Tracking System, Outlook, Slack and other relevant recruiting tools and processes to keep our busy team organized and on track, while practicing good data hygiene.
- Be a vital partner in maintaining the data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System.
- Participate in and/or own special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in sourcing/interviewing techniques, leveraging Trax’s internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for all openings.
Work cross-functionally with many teams across Trax.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
