**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze customer specifications, create concepts and architecture to develop robust automotive products capturing schematics, perform calculations, simulations, define the electrical test specification and perform the tests to validate the design fulfills requirements, always cooperating with local and international development team, customers and suppliers.
- Lead and coordinate electrical activities in automotive projects defining/following project schedules to accomplish timing, customer satisfaction and budget.
- Analyze current programs situations about component shortages/changes to propose/coordinate the best components to be substituted to continue mass production.
- Print your knowledge being a guide within the electrical team to develop robust designs considering electromagnetic compatibility and understand the possible failure modes to mitigate risks in the product.

Qualifications & required knowledge.
- Bachelor’s degree on Electronics engineer or similar.
- Master’s degree or experience with Power Electronics.
- Knowledge in analog/digital electronics design, simulation tools like PSpice, calculation tools like Mathcad, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Printed Circuit Board, and power electronics.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Open mind for feedback and continuous improvement.
- Have capability to identify open activities in projects related electrical discipline, propose actions, organize own time, and take ownership to provide solutions.
