Resumen: AIT Truckload Solutions is seeking a driven Billing Agent I to assist in our overall sales and administration efforts. This individual would be responsible for supporting the internal and external customers with invoicing, reporting and analytic metrics. In addition, this role is responsible for processing invoices, billing customers, and taking care of all related customer invoicing/posting tasks. Ensure invoices are delivered in a timely fashion. The Billing Agent I will ensure that all invoices are error-free. They will update and maintain records / accounts and will coordinate with the AR department to evaluate accounts. **Responsabilidades**:

- Generate and deliver accurate / timely invoices specific to customer accounts per invoicing KPI metrics, via digital, EDI and traditional mail services
- Receive, sort and index paperwork in the enterprise document management system
- Work closely with the collections, sales and operations team on providing documentation and back up for collection and carrier payment efforts
- Research and correct rating and billing discrepancies
- Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports for financials, sales and operational KPIs
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards

Calificaciones**:Education**

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)

**Experience**

- 0-3 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting (preferred)
- 0-3 years experience in transportation and supply chain industry (preferred)

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

- Microsoft Office Excel experience, required Medium
