**About Us. **Join the NOVACARD Ambitious team, a groundbreaking fintech startup backed by Digital Finance, an international investment holding. We’re introducing Mexico’s first interest-free credit card, reshaping credit management in the country. We're seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital performance strategy, collaborating with an international team focused on impactful, data-driven results.

**Responsibilities**
- **Agency Oversight**: Lead performance marketing agencies for web and app campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment, precise execution, and in-depth results analysis.
- **Analytics Management**: Optimize campaign effectiveness and user engagement through app and web analytics management.
- **SEO and Website Optimization**: Partner with the SEO agency to maintain and improve website updates and search engine performance.
- **CRM Communication Implementation**: Coordinate with the Global CRM team to execute CRM communications.
- **Media Buying**: Support the Performance Director in media buying efforts, including YouTube Masthead, TikTok, and DSPs.
- **Market Research**: Support the Performance Director in market research, deep interviews, and quantitative studies to refine and inform campaign strategies.

**Qualifications**
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- 2+ years managing performance teams in PPC, Affiliates, digital analytics, and CRM.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets within startup environments.
- Experience leading paid media teams and agencies with a results-driven focus.
- Strong experience in a startup environment, particularly in performance-centered roles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English.
