- Performing market research, product tests, and evaluations
- Analyzing competitors to determine what products are featured in stores, catalogs, and online marketplaces
- Processing purchase orders
- Tracking orders
- Building and managing an inventory
- Forecasting the company’s needs
- Ensuring better purchasing options
- Liaising with inventory teams and management
- Negotiating competitive pricing for the items they want to purchase

Experiência y requisitos
- English proficiency, visa, Availability to travel, Negotiation skills, KPI management, Experience in the area. Supplier management, ERP experience and Proactive.Research, select and purchase quality products and materials
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate with them for the best pricing
- Process requisitions and update management on status of orders
- Coordinate with inventory team, management, and stockroom as required
- Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management
- Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
- Create and maintain inventory of all incoming and current supplies
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
