Responsabilidades y Cualificaciones:

- Usar los diferentes sistemas de TC Energy (iRIMS y FileNet P8) para manejo y control documental, garantizando la trazabilidad de los documentos, vida útil, soporte a usuarios y preservación;
- Mantener y preservar los documentos de acuerdo con las políticas de la compañía basadas en la tabla de retención y preservación documental;
- Mantenimiento, incluyendo compilación, clasificación de archivos y aplicar etiquetas para mantener el registro físico y electrónico;
- Trabajar con miembros internos, contratistas externos, consultores, y miembros del proyecto para adquirir y compartir información representando a las diferentes unidades del negocio;
- Actualizar y mantener la biblioteca del proyecto y los procedimientos de esta de acuerdo con las políticas de información de TC Energy, administración y seguridad;
- Almacenar registros físicos y electrónicos en los sistemas de TC Energy;
- Aplicar conceptos de administración de archivos;
- Asegurarse de que todos los documentos técnicos, como informes, dibujos y planos, se recopilen y registren en el sistema
- Iniciativa para proponer mejoras en la organización de documentos de proyectos que ya se encuentran en Operación;
- Participar activamente en la creación e implementación de procedimientos para el manejo y control documental

Educación y Experiência
- Licenciatura
- Carrera Administrativa o Ingenierías;
- Excelente actitud, aptitud y relaciones interpersonales;
- Un año de experiência en actividades relacionadas con manejo y control de documentos;
- Conocimiento de los productos de Microsoft office;
- Demostrar gran atención a detalles y alto nível de precisión de datos;
- Habilidad para resolver problemas y tomar decisiones;
- Capaz de trabajar en equipo y tomar iniciativa;
- Excelente habilidad en comunicación oral y escrita;
- Excelente habilidad en computación y mecanografía;
- Demostrar colaboración, organización y planificación;
- Nível de Inglés Intermedio
