- Administrative support of Leadership team in Mexico commercial office.
- Receptionist & Supplies administration
- Focal Point for main service suppliers for the General operation of Mexico commercial office. Partnering with procurement team. Ej. courier companies.
- Lead the Car leasing process, audit the maintenance plan, emergency support and in compliance with regulatory policy.
- Coordinate general operation & general maintenance (preventive and corrective) and suppliers payments such as Leasing, Car leasing, general maintenance, cleaning service among others.
- Focal point of Key EHSS initiatives, EHSS Committee leader.
- Coordination of CSR and employee engagement activities partnering with HR Team.
