Principales funciones

  • Administrative support of Leadership team in Mexico commercial office.
  • Receptionist & Supplies administration
  • Focal Point for main service suppliers for the General operation of Mexico commercial office. Partnering with procurement team. Ej. courier companies.
  • Lead the Car leasing process, audit the maintenance plan, emergency support and in compliance with regulatory policy.
  • Coordinate general operation & general maintenance (preventive and corrective) and suppliers payments such as Leasing, Car leasing, general maintenance, cleaning service among others.
  • Focal point of Key EHSS initiatives, EHSS Committee leader.
  • Coordination of CSR and employee engagement activities partnering with HR Team.
  • HR Admin role, SAP scheduled, monthly and exceptional transactions.
  • Coordinate the communication with HR & Service vendors for run & maintain operations.
  • Focal point for Record retention policy to comply with Corporate audit requirements.
  • Main logistic coordinator of special key stakeholders visits and corporate events.
  • Transactions with Government offices.
  • Coops administration
