We are hiring Vendor Relations Analyst in our business center. This individual will act as the point of contact for our legal vendors, ensuring the invoices are validated and processed for payment timely. This position is also responsible to assist with analysis functions within the Governance department, particularly those related to our Credit Hold Policy. This analysis includes identifying the accounts at risk of credit hold, notifying the business about the upcoming risk, measuring the adherence to the policy and provide information to our business regarding the account credit status.

This position reports directly into the Risk Accounts Governance department.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Provide payment status for legal vendors invoices
- Ensuring the invoices received are validated and process within payment terms
- Analyze the AR for our BSNA business and determine accounts at risk of credit hold
- Provide reports to our business regarding accounts impacted by credit hold
- Provide credit hold status to the business
- Working with the booking team and Area Cash Managers to ensure compliance to the Credit Hold Policy

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related.
- 2+ years of AR or AP experience preferable but not required
- Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen
- Mid to Advance Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
- Ability to think creatively, act with integrity and leadership
- Understand the cash and collections process
- Driven by goals and able to adapt to changes in the strategy
- Fluent in English
