**Educación y/o Experiência**:
Licenciatura terminada en negocios internacionales, ing. industrial o a fin.

Ingles 80% hablado y escrito.
**Experiência como Customer Service para Ford**

**Actividades**:
Supervisar y controlar el proceso de Embarques, como todo lo relacionado al cumplimiento de los requerimientos logísticos del cliente.

Revisión de Planeación de materia prima y consumible como también el seguimiento con proveedores.
- Administrar métricos de entregas a tiempo por parte de proveedores.
- Administrar métricos de entregas a tiempo de los clientes.
- Servicio al Cliente.
- Supervisar al personal de embarques, materialistas y recibo.
- Administración de contenedores.
- Recibo de material.

**Requisitos**:
Dominio de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point), excelentes habilidades de PC.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, tanto escritas como verbales.
- Demostrar habilidades de Organización.
- Experiência en compras de material productivo y manejo de inventarios.
- Conocimiento de sistemas de Ford: EDDL, SNC, SuperG
