The Customer Service Representative is the main point of contact between the company and its customers. The main goal is to provide exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions. This includes handling inquiries, claims, and providing information about products or services.

**Responsibilities and Functions**:

- _Interaction Recording:_ Accurately and completely log all interactions with customers to maintain a detailed history and facilitate effective follow-up.
- _Service Goals Compliance: _Meet established performance objectives in terms of service quality, response times, and customer satisfaction.
- _Training and Development: _Participate in ongoing training programs to improve customer service skills and stay updated on the company's products and services

**Position Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or direct consumer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations or challenging customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Skill in using Office software and learning software used by the company.
- Active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers to understand their needs and concerns.

Sueldo: $10,500.00 - $14,000.00 al mes
