Test and Maintenance Group Leader

Your tasks
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to assure the process specification regarding product characteristics are fulfilled
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to Support the preparation of FMEA and Control Plans.
- Define appropriate training needs for his team regarding the equipment/processes in his responsibility.
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to Support Quality Area for solving problems related with Customers rejects.
- Expertise in Quality procedures for Release/Maintain/Optimize equipment/processes in his responsibility
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to Participation in the problem solving methodology, as well as in the definition and implementation of corrective and preventive actions

applicable to their activities.
- Early escalation of quality related problems during the equipment serial production
- Participate actively in Local Teams as required and applicable.
- Use Quality toolbox for Process quality improvement focus on productivity and product/process quality.
- To support internal and external Audits, and the MSA Studies requested by the quality manual.
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to Ensure the availability of software/hardware for the execution of Validation Tests in ECUs (PV, PPAPS, PA, etc.)
- Support APQP in activities required for customer approval.
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to Ensure the availability of the equipment:

- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to Define, Plan, Coordinate and support the preventive and corrective maintenance.
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to Ensure the availability of spare parts needed for the preventive maintenance and the spare parts kits suggested by the suppliers for the corrective maintenance.
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to Support the troubleshooting and coordinate the corrective maintenance.
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to Execute the corrective maintenance if it is required to reestablish the equipment to serial production in the shortest possible time.
- To ensure that equipment suppliers fulfil Continental ESH requirements in Pre-acceptances and Final acceptances of equipment
- To Support other areas in ESH procedures where they have influence.
- To ensure that your team know, understand, and follow ESH policies.
- To support analysis referent to continues improvement of ESH procedures
- To ensure that equipment suppliers fulfil Continental ESD requirements in Pre-acceptances and Final acceptances of equipment
- To Support other areas in ESD procedures where they have influence.
- To ensure that your team know, understand, and follow ESD policies.
- To support analysis referent to continues improvement of ESD procedures.
- To lead and coordinate the Test and Maintenance Engineering group to assure the equipment performance regarding product characteristics are fulfilled
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to assure the FPY or FTP targets Defined by the direction.
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to assure the Cycle Time targets in serial production.
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to assure the Scrap target Defined by the direction.
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to assure the MTTR & MTBF target defined by the direction.
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to assure the OEE target defined by the direction.
- To lead and coordinate the Test Engineering group to assure the Production target [ ECU´s/Hour ] defined by the direction.

**Profile**:
Electronic Engineer / Industrial Engineer / Mechatronics Engineer / Electrical Engineer.

5+ years experience in Automotive Industry.
5+ years experience in Automotive Quality Standards.
5+years experience in Test Engineering, and maintenance.
5+ years experience in Electronic production.

5+ years leading Engineers technicians and operational People.
5+ years managed 6+ Engineers in Production related areas.
5+ years managed 2+ Direct Engineers in Production Line.

5+ years experience Launching ECU Lines.
5+Years experience in 6 Sigma.

Preferable: 5+ Years experience industrializing ECUs: MK25, MK25E, MK100, MKC1, CAirS.
