Group Leader Maintenance

As the Maintenance Group Leader, you will be responsible for a small to medium group of maintenance employees. You will manage the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard GM maintenance systems in addition to the following responsibilities- You will conduct appropriate checks and tests, and communicate evaluation of results- Recommends solutions to problems- Responsible for preventative maintenance and diagnosis of equipment malfunctions- Meets schedule and quality requirements- Complies with the terms of local and national labor agreements- Implements divisional and corporate policies and safety and good housekeeping practices- Maintain frequent contact and collaboration with others outside of the work group- Responsible for the effective use of personnel, material and equipment- Establishes a course of action to accomplish completion of the job and/or project. Has knowledge and ability to implement GMS principles- It is necessary a medium or basic knowledge on Automatization, Industrial comms, Ethernet, Device Net, PLC, Motion control, VFD, Kinetics.- To offer support to the team to troubleshoot automatization failures, recovery on critical equipment, analysis capabilities and proactivity to execute improvements and avoid failures.**Additional Job Description**:**Required Qualifications**:- Degree on Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, Systems- This Job requires high capability of learn on the fly, analysis and understanding of industrial communications meanly Ethernet and Device Net, Understanding of technical drawings, pneumatical, electrical, mechanical, controls.- Intermediate English level.- Desirable basic knowledge on Fanuc Robots ( Programming and troubleshooting skills)- Available to change shifts (4x3)and work weekends- Key Skills: Experience working with PLCs from Siemens and Allen Bradley- Knowledge in automation.- Experience in supervising personnel (teams of 10 or more)- Experience in automotive manufacturing plants preferred.**Preferred Qualifications**:- PowerBi**Work Appropriately**On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basisIn case you need any reasonable adjustment to continue with your process, let your recruiter know.Just so you know diversity and inclusion are our strengths.
