We are looking for **Digital Solutions Sr Manager**

**Purpose of the Position**:
**Lead the commercial vision of Engie Mexico, develop sales strategy and implement it through a large multi-location, multi-product sales team ensuring the integrated commercial success of the organization through a close coordination with Supply Gas, Supply Power and Networks. Responsible of the ownership of the customer and the customer interface with the company’s energy portfolio, making sure that all functions of the organization and its product offerings are aligned to the customers’ needs and meet Engie Mexico’s strategic commercial objectives.**

**JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Be an strategic part of IT Direction by guiding annual strategy: Projects definition, Initiatives and technology evaluation, Savings based in technology optimization, Budget management (Capex/Opex), Vendors Selection, Architectural and Methodology Guidelines
- Ensure the correct implementation and coordination with Global Business Support for the operations of new and existing digital solutions at all Mexico sites, ensuring compliance with service levels, with the aim of avoiding interruptions in IT services internal and critical processes for business continuity, always attached to the best architectural, operational and cybersecurity practices. Additional to follow, monitor and communicate individual and transversal Operational KPI’s
- Ensures the commitments acquired with third parties with their corresponding contracts and NDA's to ensure the correct execution of the budget, also maintaining a long-term relationship with suppliers that generate value for the company, always aligned with the ethical and compliance standards defined by the company.

**OCUPATIONAL PROFILE**:
Engineer in Systems, Computing, Electronics and Communications or related.

Desirable Diploma or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Systems Operation, Business.

Preparation and expertise in Digital Transformation, IT Optimization and App modernization. ITIL, Change management, BRM, DevSecOps, AWS and Enterprise Architecture. Knowledge of Project Methodologies (Traditional and Agile). Knowledge related to Observability and Site Reliability Engineering

Proactive, Innovative, Resilient, Leader of high performance teams, strategic, self-management, frustration tolerance, teamwork, negotiator, solutions oriented.

**Advanced English**

EXPERIENCE: 10 years of experience in Information Technology, Systems Operation, Architecture, Application Projects. 5 years as IT Delivery Manager, Digital Solutions or Enterprise Architect.
