**Opportunity**

BASIC FUNCTION

Under the supervision of the Supervisor finance Mexico operations is responsible for controlling the fixed assets, as well as, for processing treasury transactions and related activities of the company; additionally and participate in the budgeting process.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Tag and control the fixed assets at KTMX

Calculate and prepare the different monthly worked hours reports.

Process the requisitions of direct checks received from KTMX´s departments.

Ensure the proper authorizations in the requisitions of direct checks and that purchase order are issued when applicable.

Issue direct checks; obtain the proper signatures and give them in custody to the Controller.

Book the treasury transactions of the company to be submitted to the Controller for approval.

Input accounting vouchers of the treasury transactions into the General Ledger System.

Calculate the book provisions for all treasury activities, such as interest, commissions, etc.

Ensure the proper documentation of the transactions are attached to the payment check or voucher, including invoices, authorizations, receipt stamp, purchase orders, etc.

Attend and solve any differences between vendors’ and Kohler’s records in order to support the A/P functions of Shared Service Department in WI.

Elaboration of bank reconciliation to be submitted to the Controller for review and approval.

Calculate the intercompanies account's reconciliation.

Obtain copies of documentation support of all charges to the intercompany accounts.

Along with the Maintenance Manager prepare the monthly Capital Spending Projection report.

Prepare the documentation support to fill the Value Added Tax Returns.

Participate in the monthly and annual physical inventories.

Prepare information requested by auditors.

All other duties assigned by the Controller.

Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for this position (See the annex).

**Skills/Requirements**

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:
Preference Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

EXPERIENCE:
Preference 2 years’ experience in similar position.

FORMATION:
Preference Bilingual. SAP and costing experience preferred.
