**Description**
To provide training and support the overall training needs of the Santa Catarina and Cienega de Flores' Campuses.
**Job Duties**:
- Delivers and/or facilitates trainings.
- Conducts the annual training needs assessment and develops facility training plan
- Analyzes training requests and skill or knowledge needs of employees. Develops, selects, and makes recommendation to satisfy needs.
- Procures and evaluates training material or course from external suppliers.
- Develops training projects.
- Determines and execute the overall strategy to ensure all employees in both facilities conclude effectively and timely their required learning courses.
- This position is responsible to manage and improve University relations; and manage Early Talent programs such as rotational programs for high potential students and graduates.
- The position manages the completion of its own work assignments and coordinates work with others.
- The incumbent solves problems by determining the best course of action, within departmental guidelines, from many existing solutions.
- The incumbent is free to determine the best way to complete job assignments in order to achieve desired results.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 - 2 years previous experience in processes related with Human Resources like training, recruiting
- Strong skills on Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department.
- English Conversational
