HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER

**Profile**:
**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o afín
- Mínimo 4 años como HR Business Partner o en un puesto similar
- Conocimiento profundo de las funciones y las mejores prácticas de recursos humanos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, interpersonales y de resolución de problemas.
- Inglés avanzado

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Promover una cultura de compromiso y pertenencia de los empleados a través de iniciativas y programas que fomenten la comunicación abierta, la colaboración y el reconocimiento.
- Colaborar en la implementación de la encuesta de compromiso Sephora Voice de los empleados, analizar los resultados y desarrollar planes de acción para abordar las áreas de mejora.
- Brindar orientación y soporte a los directivos en cuestiones de relaciones con los empleados, incluyendo acciones disciplinarias, terminaciones e investigaciones.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de las leyes y regulaciones laborales, así como de las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía.
- Gestionar y resolver las quejas de los empleados y los conflictos de manera justa y equitativa.
- Apoyo en la organización de eventos relacionados con cultura y clima laboral.
