Estamos buscando a un Human Resources Business Partner excepcional para unirse a nuestro equipoComo HR Business Partner, serás responsable de liderar la estrategia y la implementación de los recursos humanos en nuestra empresa. Serás el enlace entre la alta gerencia y los empleados, garantizando que todas las políticas y prácticas estén alineadas con los objetivos de la empresa.**Responsabilidades**:- Colaborar con la alta gerencia para definir la estrategia de recursos humanos y asegurar su implementación exitosa- Implementar y mantener políticas y prácticas de recursos humanos adecuadas- Administrar relaciones de trabajo, incluido el trato con sindicatos y otras partes interesadas- Proporcionar liderazgo y orientación a los gerentes para ayudarlos a liderar a sus equipos de manera efectiva- Planificar y ejecutar programas de capacitación y desarrollo para mejorar la productividad y el rendimiento de los empleados- Mantener los datos de recursos humanos y generar informes para respaldar la toma de decisiones- Mantenerse actualizado con las leyes y regulaciones de recursos humanos para garantizar el cumplimiento legal**Requisitos**:- Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración o un campo relacionadoExperiência en la Industria Automotriz Indispensable- Experiência laboral sólida en recursos humanos y funciones de administración de personal- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita en inglés y español- Habilidad para colaborar efectivamente con los gerentes y empleados- Fuerte conocimiento de MS Office Plus Excel AvanzadoOfrecemos un paquete de compensación competitivo, incluyendo:Prestaciones Superiores de leyBono de productividadComedor subsidiado y transporteSeguro de Gastos Médicos Mayores
