**Primary Purpose**:
Responsible for conducting property loss and damage claims, including document processing, orders and reviews. Responsible for responding to a high volume of inbound calls and providing efficient and quality customer service regarding property damage claims. Support borrowers and contractors by providing them with detailed information on the process of a claim file. Reduce call intensity, process claims and manage the disbursement of claim funds.

- Fluent conversational and advanced grammatical English level.
- Availability of schedule
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Verbal and written communication skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS

**Minimum Skills and Competencies**:

- Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills
- Associates or Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent related customer service experience
- Demonstrates an understanding of the unit’s processes, work practices and procedures and their relationship to other functions
- Ability to resolve conflicts and empathize with customers is critical
- Requires knowledge of how to perform a variety of duties or how to operate standard equipment:

- type 30 wpm
- Intro to Excel, Word, Outlook
- High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion
