What does a Claims FNOL bilingual agent do?First, what is FNOL? It stands for "First Notice Of Loss". Our Claims bilingual agents are the providers of assistance and gathering a sinister information through the telephone (like where, when, how, etc), to those people that unfortunately have suffered a sinister and need us to help them covering the claim. Nonetheless, each industry requires different levels of assistance, in different departments to keep the company as a well-oiled machine but towards the end, a happy customer is always the goal.In a few words, they serve as initial contact for basic claim reporting. Responsible for guiding the caller to the appropriate party based on their need and the relevant policy or claim.After being trained in our platforms one of their primary responsibilities include assisting customers in taking all the information provided by our members as accurate as possible. Our agents need to stay calm, defuse irate customers, update customer databases as needed, demonstrate superb organizational and multitasking abilities, follow HIPAA guidelines for the management of patient privacy and confidentiality.
