As a Bilingual Call Center Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer support to our diverse clientele. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently in both English and Spanish.

**Qualifications**:
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
