Estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Key Account Manager (KAM) con experiência en el sector de recubrimientos (pinturas, impermeabilizantes, acabados, etc.) para liderar la atención y desarrollo de cuentas clave en la industria hotelera. Será responsable de gestionar relaciones estratégicas con cadenas hoteleras, arquitectos, diseñadores y contratistas, asegurando la especificación y venta de nuestros productos en proyectos de renovación o construcción.
**Responsabilidades**:
Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales para el sector hotelero.
Gestionar cuentas clave, generar relaciones de largo plazo y detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Promover la especificación técnica de recubrimientos en proyectos hoteleros.
Coordinar con equipos internos (técnico, logística, postventa) para asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales.
Monitorear tendencias del mercado y actividades de la competencia.
Cumplir objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y satisfacción del cliente.
**Requisitos**:
1._Licenciatura en Ingeniería, Arquitectura, Administración o carrera afín.
2._Experiência mínima de 3 años como KAM o ejecutivo comercial en empresas de recubrimientos, acabados o construcción.
3._Conocimiento del sector hotelero (proyectos, licitaciones, especificación).
4._Habilidades de negociación, comunicación y análisis comercial.
Disponibilidad para viajar.
Deseable:
Red de contactos en cadenas hoteleras, despachos de arquitectura o constructoras.
Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
