We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our OTS Globe team in Mexico. As a KAM, you will be responsible to ensure that our clients are fully supported and that we consistently deliver or exceed their expectations. This will be a key role in terms of capturing new business via offline/online opportunities, attend our clients’ requests in accordance to guidelines, and fulfil the strategy of the company in the assigned area. You will work closely with the Regional Director and the commercial team to ensure that goals from the designated territory are meet or exceed.**Main responsibilities**:- Act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring clear and consistent communication.- Manage relationships with tour operators offering combined Hotel Trading and DMC programs in various destinations.- Oversee all operational aspects (online and offline), including rate management, contracting, system loading, and coding.- Support the Regional Director with on-going client queries related with existing business and create opportunities to develop further the business- Review contract and offers assignment per client / market, non-bookable content maintenance and update- Able to represent also OTS Globe at internal conferences or external event like trade shows as required- Assistance of the client on daily basis and coordination with operation team as per necessity- Take part on any specific projects as the needs come with the evolution of the company and perform business trips abroad if necessary- Experience in the contracting and sales area + hotel distribution industry:- Commercial orientation and ownership- Negotiating ability- Strong understanding of local suppliers and market dynamics- Deadline oriented and objective driven- Excellent project management skills required as well as organisation skills- Ability to quickly understand and perform tasks on a back office system- IT/BI Skills- Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)- German/French knowledge would be a plusIf you are interested in that job vacancy, we are looking to meeting you
