**About the role**

Ensure 100% compliance with the production schedule, maintain high productivity levels, and reduce absenteeism and turnover. The role also focuses on upholding quality standards and resolving operational and personnel-related issues.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

- Ensure compliance with labor discipline and behavioral standards.
- Guarantee quality standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with EHS and Quality departments
- Focus on continuous improvement through:

- Productivity projects
- Kaizen initiatives
- A3 / Problem-solving
- Cx (Operational Excellence) events
- Develop strategies with the team to comprehensively meet departmental objectives.
- Responsible for implementing the 5S program in operational areas.
- Support the implementation of Cx (Operational Excellence) initiatives.
- Lead and ensure the Daily Management process for the production line.
- Lead, organize, and supervise production personnel.

As a minimum you must have:
2+ years of experience in production, operations, or maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in IMA, IME, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Proficiency in:

- Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Lean Manufacturing (5S, Ishikawa, root cause analysis, line balancing)
- PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
- Minitab

It would be nice if you have:

- Willingness to travel
- Valid passport and visa
