**Business Intelligence Sr (Power BI)**:

As a Business Analyst, you will responsible to manage the commercial measures/metrics across the entire selling organization. This role will work closely with the Business Process Specialist.

Business Intelligence Specialist

**Your responsibilities**:

- Consolidate the commercial financial measures of Orders, Backlog, Sales, POS, POT, SPA to create a waterfall for our commercial selling organizations, known as RESALE and REORDER. Used for Pacing, Sales Incentive Compensation and Commissions.
- Study and Combine measures from multiple ERPs and Databases into a consolidated view by Selling Organization, Division, and other commercial attributes.
- Standardize methodology to consume and combine external data used for SIP and Commissions, such as POS, POT, and SPA Transfers.
- Guide ERP Transformations: providing insights, design requirements, vocal voice, and availability of data to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate, guide, write, test requirements with the data lake and finance team to enterprise availability of measures.
- Troubleshoot and make suggestions to fix one-off process issues resulting in disparate financial data, preventing reporting by selling organization.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT leadership to ensure strategic understanding of commercial structure, alignment, and goals.
- Provide analytics, insight, and recommendations for future changes to Systems, Processes, Structure across the entire ELGM Business.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Systems Engineer, Administration or related careers.
- 4 - 5 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SAP, Sales Force and Power BI.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake.
- Good understanding of products and associated sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written). Must be able to interact professionally with internal and external contacts.
- Strong analytic background with the ability to connect diverse sources of datasets to make strategic recommendations.
- Advanced English.
