**Job Details****What will you do?**:**The Business Intelligence Analyst collects and coordinates business requirements for analytical reporting.**:**Monitors the performance of reports and dashboards, completes data validations, resolves data integrity issues and develop/enhance processes with simplification or automation. Ensures the most effective usage of BI data and Process Automation.**:**The analyst will collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure the delivery of technology solutions that enable business decision making.**:**How will you do it?**:- **Develop financial databases for all ERPs & business units.**:- **Standardize and automate financial and operational performance reports and dashboards using multiple data sources and leveraging modern BI tools.**:- **Partner with IT team to design data repository**:- **Drive efficiencies by elimination of repetitive data mining and improve accessibility of detailed financial data needed for business reviews. Recommend improvements where applicable.**:- **Develop tools and reports to create transparency on business performance in cooperation with FP&A**:- **Support our reporting transformation from HFM to One Stream**:**What we look for?**:**- **Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university**:- **5+ years of information systems experience performing Business Analysis related work.**:- **Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite for development (Flows, Power App)**:- **Professional image with the ability to form good partner relationships across functions.**:- **Fluent English & strong communication skills.**:- **Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively across functions**:- **Problem-solving skills - ability to navigate technology and organizational issues to complete project tasks.**:- **Must have experience working on projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.**:- **Strong ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point.**:**Tools**:**Strong knowledge skills of MS SQL, Power Apps, Microsoft Flows, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Azure & Beaver VBA & UiPath experience, Experience with different ERPS is a plus.**:
