Sr Customer Services Rep

Job Characteristics:Responsible for direct customer service activities, giving support and making solutions of medium complexity problems of internal/ external clients. Interacts with other collaborators and suppliers, solving customers' problems. Provides customer service support by processing purchase orders and customer requirements. Requires greater decision making skills in resolving customer problems, communicating issues, and maintaining customer data in the order entry and order processing systems.
Education/Work Experience:Degree and three to five years of related customer service, sales, or administrative experience. Bilingual proficiency. Advanced knowledge of Ecolab's products and services is required.
Independence Level/Reports to:Under general supervision. Has authority, within guidelines. Normally reports to Customer Service Supervisor or Customer Service Manager.
