**¿Cuáles serán tus retos?**
- Resolución y atención a todas las dudas del cliente.
- Actuar como el canal de comunicación con el cliente.
- Dar atención personalizada a los clientes que visiten las oficinas.
- Atención al cliente en todos los canales de comunicación de Nexu: teléfono, chat, correo, personal.
- Comunicar casos críticos que no estén dentro del alcance de solución al coordinador de CS.

**Que te hace super atractivo para nosotros**:

- 3+ años de experiência en Customer Service
- Conocimiento de CRM (Deseable Zendesk)
- Excelente Ortografía
- Atención a cliente face to face (deseable)
