**Role Definition**: A robotic programmer for welding specializes in developing and maintaining the software that controls robotic welding systems. Here are the key responsibilities and skills for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Programming Welding Robots**: Writing and optimizing code for robotic welding operations.
- **System Integration**: Ensuring the welding robot’s software integrates seamlessly with hardware components like sensors and welding tools.
- **Path Planning**: Developing algorithms for precise welding paths and movements.
- **Quality Control**: Implementing software to monitor and ensure weld quality.
- **Testing and Troubleshooting**: Conducting tests and diagnosing issues to ensure reliable operation.
- **Maintenance and Updates**: Regularly updating software to improve efficiency and add new capabilities.
- **Collaboration**: Working with mechanical engineers, welding specialists, and other team members to refine robotic welding systems

**Degree Requirement**:University degree preferably in Engineering or related field.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Ability to communicate technical information effectively with team members and process partners.
- Experience in Manufacturing Process
- Conversational English
- Understanding of welding processes, including arc welding, MIG/MAG, TIG, among others.
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards in welding.

**Additional Details**:

- This position will be located in Monterrey, MX
- Work from Monday to Saturday
- Availability to travel inside and outside the country (10%)
- Availability for shift rotation is required
