**Responsibilities**: - Manage multiple teams of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, hiring and disciplinary actions) - Provide strategic influence and exercise control over resources, budget management and planning while monitoring end results - Utilize in-depth knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area and basic knowledge of other areas to resolve issues - Ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards - Provide evaluative judgement based on analysis of facts in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations including drawing from internal and external sources - Influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, as well as communicate with external parties as necessary **Qualifications**: - 10+ years of relevant experience - Experience in management - Experience managing global technology teams - Working knowledge of industry practices and standards - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Master’s degree preferred This is a senior position that will oversee consumer bank from a brokerage house perspective. Competencies: - Manages day to day activities efficiently for cross functional collaboration. - Exceptional oral communication and writing skills. - Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities and tasks; exhibits strong people and influencing skills. - Able to drive consensus and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders to drive goals. - Independently able to plan, detail and drive projects, navigate organizations and streamline work. - Organizational savviness with ability to expand network across functions and various levels of seniority to get tasks accomplished in a collaborative way and achieve desired results. - Applicant should be familiar with automated monitoring - Applicant must have detailed knowledge of technology supporting allocation of trades in real time, and managing systems that deal with Order reception, cancellation, and modification.
