El Analista Intermedio de Apoyo de Operaciones es un puesto de nivel intermedio a cargo de brindar servicios de apoyo de operaciones de Capitales en la Casa de Bolsa, incluido lo siguiente: registros,  envio y monitoreo de confirmaciones revisión de movimientos operativos, atención y solución de desviaciones operativas en coordinación con  equipos internos de Operaciones. Además, el analist

a intermedio de apoyo de operaciones es el enlace entre el personal de operaciones, los gerentes de relaciones, gerentes de proyecto, custodios y clientes. El objetivo general de este rol es brindar apoyo de operaciones de Capitales cotidianas en cumplimiento de los procesos y la infraestructura de apoyo de operaciones de Citi.

Responsabilidades:

  • Provides customer service to clients and interdepartamental bankers to help resolve issues, instruct daily cash flow from arbitrage to back office
  • Execute and send to  equities confirmations  to local and foreign counterparties
  • Support reporting requirements, ensure with counterparties and brokers daily pre-settlement figures
  • Assist with daily reporting and KPI's generation and daily completion of cash breaks reconciliations
  •  Support daily operation for FX for Brokerage House and handle de hedging transactions
  •  Support the Cash Equities Team related business initiatives and projects in order to improve the quality service to clients and improvements on the operative processes
  •  Monitoring and handle all post-trade arbitrage transactions with counterparties and custodians
  •  Ensure the flow transactions according to local regulations, policies and internal processes Maintening positive relationships and great interaction with internal teams, counterparties and financial entities.

Calificaciones:

  • Entre 2 y 5 años de experiencia relevante.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Office.
  • Conocimiento intermedio de mejores prácticas y normas del mercado de Capitales .
  • Capacidad para trabajar sin supervisión y ajustar las prioridades rápidamente según lo determinen las circunstancias.
  • Demuestra de manera constante habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa.
  • Automotivación y atención a los detalles.
  • Inglés intermedio, habilidad de compresión y expresión de ideas
  • Habilidades comprobadas de organización y gestión del tiempo.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y resolución de  problemas en equipo.
  • Licencias/registros requeridos: Deseable figura 3 AMIB
  • Deseable conocimiento en contabilidad bancaria

Educación:

  • Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiencia equivalente.
