**Misión del cargo**:
Dirigir, modelar y desarrollar el Producto desde roadmap hasta features, Incluyendo investigación, lógica y diseño

**Funciones del cargo**:
Estamos buscando un Lead Product Engineer con interés de trabajar en ambiente ágil, combinando tecnologías emergentes en Data Analytics e Inteligencia Artificial. Te ofrecemos un ambiente joven y desafiante donde pasarlo bien y aprender pero por sobre todo desafiarte día a día.

**Tu equipo**: Trabarás directamente con diseñadores UX/UI, ingenieros, desarrolladores y product managers. Adicionalmente, tendrás interacción con áreas de Growth, Customer Success, Sales y Engament.
- Modelar la lógica de los proyectos del equipo de producto considerando, decisiones del usuario, restricciones técnicas y necesidades de los stakeholders
- Colaborar activamente con los equipos de Producto, TI y/o otros stakeholders, siendo el eslabón clave que coordina y comunica exitosamente entre todos los actores, así logrando la implementación correcta y oportuna de cada proyecto asignado
- Hacer el seguimiento del diseño de un proyecto procurando que cumpla con los requerimientos
- Gestión de Product Backlog (Priorización, participación en reuniones Scrum, coordinación con Producto/TI/stakeholders, administración del backlog, etc.)
- Convertir proyectos de Producto en Feature Requests listos para ser desarrollado por el equipo TI (reuniones con stakeholders, definición y/o consolidación requisitos técnicos/diseño/copy, definición criterios de aceptación, historias de usuario, etc.)
- Velar por la correcta implementación de cada Feature Request: ejecutar el traspaso de los proyectos desde el equipo de diseño al equipo de Tecnología (seguimiento continuo, resolución de dudas, coordinación con stakeholders, validación producto final, análisis de uso, etc.)

**Contamos con equipo local en México + Chile, Perú y Colombia

**Requisitos**:
Estudios en una carrera con enfoque de experiência y/o lógico

**Deseable**: conocimientos en Behavioral Science
Experiência en área de Producto
Experiência en dirección de proyectos
De 1 a 3 años de experiência laboral
