n your new role you will:
- pdate pricing and source list for suppliers.
- upporting requesting quotes and submitting RFQs.
- un monthly reports and commodities analysis.
- onthly KPI update.
- eeping track of Contracts and NDAs.
- endor creation & maintenance.
- ccurate and timeous reporting of relevant management information to Procurement Management.
- onitor and assist with the daily running processes for Procurement.
- anage, control, check or assist with issuing invoices & receipts
- upport with monthly update of savings in the data base
- anage out of system (SAP) payments
- anage internal contract database (INCA Tool)
