**Demand Planner**

The Demand Planner is responsible for supporting and providing guidance through the monthly S&OP process and driving communication on volumes and business health, understand the intricacies of the category & market dynamics and act as a Supply Chain representative in partnering with the S&OP Manager, Sales, and Finance.

The position objective is to support the demand forecast and report forecast accuracy & forecast bias performance, achievement of service, reduction of finished goods waste, as well as the effective anticipation of activities from a commercial as well as from an operational standpoint.

**Main Responsibilities**

Demand Related:

- Participates in relevant meetings of the S&OP cycle with Finance and Sales to identify sales opportunities and bridge the gaps.
- Supports end to end portfolio optimization through analysis of SKU performance (sales vs forecast performance & portfolio segmentation).
- Ensures integrity of the SAP Master Data through timely data maintenance of finished goods item codes (active, inactive, NPIs).
- Supports improvement of FA/FB by reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers/sales plans & providing root-cause analysis for our top over-sales & under-sales.
- Owns Demand KPI analysis & reporting on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.

General Supply Chain Related:

- Prepares & maintains reporting for our business waste management of finished goods on a weekly basis; responds to any inquiries related to the information shared with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Supports improvement of service through analysis of forecast, orders, days of coverage & cuts to drive best-in-class customer service.
- Supports our cross-functional Supply Chain Planning teams with reporting automation & continuous improvement through a versatility of reporting streams & tools.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 - 4 years of Supply Chain related to **demand planning.**:

- A highly developed set of skills in quantification and analysis.
- Proficiency using Excel, PowerPoint & PBI analytics.
- Familiarity with an ERP tool, ideally IBP SAP.
- Strong communication skills with an ability to deliver complex information to a variety of audiences with impact.
- Creative mindset with the ability to look at a problem with a number of different perspectives and ideas for a solution.
- Understand both the Supply chain ambition, deliverables and the overall business plans for sustainable growth.
