**Location**: Work from home - Only for residents of **Ciudad Victoria** or nearby areas

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls and present products/services to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Record interactions accurately using internal CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales and service quality targets.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
- Minimum 20 Mbps fiber-optic internet.
- Completed high school diploma (verifiable).
- Passion for communication and customer satisfaction.
- Full availability from Monday to Saturday.
- Complete documentation (INE, RFC, CURP, proof of address, etc.).
- Must reside in **Ciudad Victoria** or surrounding areas within Tamaulipas.
